What do I do if my order is delayed or lost in transit?Updated 3 months ago

If your order seems to be lost in transit or there hasn't been an update on the tracking for a few days, please reach out to [email protected]. The support team will lodge an inquiry with the courier and investigate. 

Please note that for large orders over 20kg, we allow 14 days for the carrier to progress the status, before we offer any compensation. 

If there is no update on the tracking for 14 days or your shipment hasn't arrived within 14 days from the expected time of arrival, Huskee will offer you one of the 2 options:

  • Store Credit in the full value of goods ordered
  • Re-shipment of your order
