We do not offer custom branding for the HuskeeOriginal Range at this stage. By keeping HuskeeCup unbranded, we are better positioned to solve the issue of single-use takeaway cups through the development of a universal swap system. Mistakes happen! Get in touch with the support team as soon as possible. 

To modify the address of an existing order, send an email to customer@huskee.co&#xA0;as soon as possible. Please note that in the event that your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to modify your address. <ul> </ul>

I made an error with my delivery address. How can I fix it?

Based on standard espresso machine dimensions, we have found that the 3oz, 6oz and 8oz HuskeeCup fit underneath group heads, but as with most existing takeaway cups, the 12oz does not. A simple workaround is to put the cup on an angle underneath the group head or decant from a smaller vessel that does fit e.g. a measured coffee shot glass.

How do I reset my login/password?

Wholesale shipping rates are calculated by our chosen provider at checkout. The rate is calculated based on the order volume and the postcode it is being shipped to. We predominantly use Australia Post for smaller parcels and TNT Australia for bulk purchases.

How much does shipping cost for wholesale orders?

If your order seems to be lost in transit or there hasn&apos;t been an update on the tracking for a few days, please reach out to <a data-fr-linked="true" href="mailto:customer@huskee.co">customer@huskee.co</a>. The support team will lodge an inquiry with the courier and investigate.&#xA0;Please note that for large orders over 20kg, we allow 14 days for the carrier to progress the status, before we offer any compensation.&#xA0;If there is no update on the tracking for 14 days or your shipment hasn&apos;t arrived within 14 days from the expected time of arrival, Huskee will offer you one of the 2 options:<ul><li>Store Credit in the full value of goods ordered</li><li>Re-shipment of your order</li></ul>
